My classes are primarily pilates structured but fused with Yoga, Fitness, Dance and Stretching elements. In my classes, I incorporate technical skills, mindfulness, breath work and creative release.
Pilates Stretch Class

POST NATAL Pilates
Simone’s Postnatal Pilates Classes are crafted to assist new mothers in navigating the recovery and transformation following childbirth. In this class, you can strengthen, soothe, and balance both body and mind with a profound respect for the postpartum period.
Postnatal Pilates can help prevent common postpartum issues, such as lower-back and shoulder tension. The deep breathing leads to more energy, mental clarity and patience. Whether you’ve had a vaginal delivery or a C-section, Pilates can help to accelerate the recovery process, making you feel calmer and more connected. The right exercises can also help heal diastasis recti, which is an excessive separation of the abdominals common in postpartum women.

TIMETABLE
My Group Classes are taught via Zoom. All classes are between 45 - 60 minutes long and follow a carefully composed structure where you build on the same set of exercises each week for a short block of time. I will demonstrate all exercise, offer modifications and advice to make the workout feel more effective and suited to you.
When you book a class, you will receive an email invitation with details of the Zoom session.
I will open the ‘waiting room' 5 minutes before class so you can get set up, please make sure your mat is visible as this means I can see you and give adjustments and support to you.

Pre and Post Natal Pilates

Gentle Pilates for Beginners & Seniors
Simone has specialized in Pilates for Pathology and Injuries. This helps her understand the most common injuries and pathologies such as Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Total Hip Replacement, Meniscus Injuries, Disc Conditions, Sciatica Senior, that seniors might struggle with. Simone will make sure that your Pilates Class follows the necessary precautions and therapeutic physiotherapy approach supported with your Pilates Program.
Simone will structure a class with you that is not just manageable but will get you excited about moving your body safely whilst regaining confidence in your balance, strength and mobility.This class is a whole body balancing fundamental class. Progress weekly and build on the learned principles to gain core stability and mobility, as well as improve alignment and flexibility. This slower and precise class gives you the opportunity to pay attention to subtle sensatinos and fine details in your movement.

Yogalates
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, as Simone offers different progressions and modifications for participants, encouraging you to listen to your own body.
Yogalates combines the best of both worlds: Yoga and Pilates. This class will be filled with the asana (postures) and wisdom of Yoga as well as the posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates. Yogalates is a safe approach for Yoga-inspired movement while avoiding common Yoga injuries. As Pilates is focused on core strength, the Pilates principles will support you in this process. In combination, Yoga and Pilates will help you improve posture, increase flexibility and reduce stiffness.
