5 Week Movement Program
“Move Your Body Move your Soul”:
All my movement programs are built upon the belief that movement is a medicine for the soul.
My intention is to bring together a community of people that want to move together through the stages in their lives by showing up in class and rebalancing our energy levels. Movement is a powerful tool to be more present and centered in our lives.
Each program is designed to deepen your movement journey by helping you reconnect to your body. We are the creator of our lives and it starts with the relationship we have with our body & our mind. By simply moving our bodies we’re able to move stagnant energy and connect to the abundance of vital energy that is all around us.
Each week, you will be guided through a series of movement classes that will improve your mobility, stability, strength, and overall well being. As much as we will focus on your body awareness, I am very passionate about supporting you by regaining clarity and focus of the mind.
My programs are for all levels, with the option to scale each movement, so that no matter if you're advanced or new to Pilates & Yoga Classes, there will be an option for you.Join us on this journey to a healthier, stronger and more balanced you. Types of Classes
My classes are primarily pilates structured but fused with Yoga, Fitness, Dance and Stretching elements. In my classes, I incorporate technical skills, mindfulness, breath work and creative release.
During this holistic movement journey, we will flow through classical strengthening sequences, engage in restorative and mindful practices and be creative with some dynamic stretching and slow burn routines.You will receive a full rounded whole body workout experience, working on the upper body, side body, lower body, posture, balance, mobility and core stability.
What to expect:
- 3 live Classes a Week (Monday | Wednesday | Saturday) designed to help you feel good in mind and body
- Class lengths from 30 mins to 1 hour to easily fit into your weekly schedule
- From classical dynamic pilates flows to creative stretching routines and mindful calming yoga flow sessions
- Weekly motivational email straight into your inbox
- Community support via our SLM (Simone Labarga Movement) community chat page
- Options to add small equipment such as the pilates small ball, bands and weights
- Access to all live classes & recordings (unlimited replays) until the end of the program

Thank You for participating in our beloved 5 Week Movement Program. For every member taking part, 10% will be shared and donated to a dance and movement charity for children in Europe.
