I believe movement is for everyone and at any stage of your life.

My deep passion for movement led me to become a professional dancer and choreographer in the vibrant and artistically competitive city of London.

To explore and dive deeper into pilates and holistic movement, I studied and earned my teacher certification at the renowned Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates Academy in London.

I work with a wide range of clients in group sessions or one-on-one and host wellness events and retreats around Europe. I offer all my individual and group classes online.

My classes are inspired by my movement journey. They are primarily pilates structured, but include elements of yoga, fitness, dance and stretching. In my teaching, I incorporate technical skills, mindfulness, breath work and creative release.

I PROVIDE 3 DIFFERENT OPTIONS OF MOVEMENT SERVICES

My movement classes are a fusion of all my experience gained as a professional dancer, pilates instructor and mindful movement coach. Each class has a foundation in functional movement, pilates, and yoga which are then interwoven with flow and inspiration from dance and choreography.

My virtual studio is the perfect way to get you started on your movement journey. Our group classes, streamed 3 times a week online are primarily pilates structured but fused with Yoga, Fitness and Stretching elements. In each class, I incorporate technical skills, mindfulness, breath work and creative release.

ONE : ONE SESSIONS

My 1:1 sessions are customised to your unique needs and physiological ability. We will discuss beforehand what you wish to work on and improve. You will receive personalized training sessions on which we will build on over time.Each session lasts 1 hour.

PROGRAMS

My movement programs are built upon the belief that movement is medicine for the soul. Each program is designed to deepen your movement journey. Each week, you will be guided through a series of dynamic and functional Pilates movements that will improve your mobility, stability, strength, and overall body awareness. My programmes are for all levels, with the option to scale each movement, so that no matter if you're advanced or new to Pilates, there will be an option for you.
